Emerald Builders have been entrusted with some internal works on the overhaul project of Grenville Court the block of flats located on South Road in Poole, Dorset. These works included the installation of fire doors throughout the high rise building.
This property located in Merrivale Avenue in Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset has had a full home renovation by Emerald Builders.
A brand new extension complete, loft conversion, new roof including the fitting of two new dormer windows.
You can see the transformation from the before and after photos including the process where an RSJ was fitted for the properties internal support.

Fitting of new boiler to a property in Leaphill Road, Pokesdown, Bournemouth, Dorset
This commercial building located at Oxford Business Park South in Oxfordshire needed repair work carried out to its roof’s solar panels. Emerald Builders can diagnose and repair all solar panels, restoring the panels back to optimum levels.
A very sought after flat due to its fantastic location in Southbourne right next door to both the beach and Hengistbury Head is undergoing a full refurbishment. The Hengistbury Court flat in Hengistbury Road has seen the Emerald team go in and strip everything back to the brickwork.
Brand new windows have been supplied and fitted.
We also installed into the Southbourne Flat a brand new Kitchen and Bathroom.
Emerald are proud to share these photos of this loft conversion project in Canford Heath, Poole.
There are multiple before and after photos of the loft conversion documenting the journey from start to finish. The end product was a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the room attracts plenty of light from the roof skylights.
Work began by ripping out the loft.
We installed a Rolled Steel Joist (RSJ) and fitted frames to split the bedroom into two for the ensuite area.
All trades were involved plastering, carpentry, painting. Carpets were installed to the stairs, landing and bedroom plus bathroom vinyl for the ensuite.
The room benefits from a smart ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and luxury insignia shower.
Chimney Removal job for a customer in Winton, Bournemouth. The preparation work is carried out in the before photo and from the after photo you can see the roof files have been laid to cover the hole from the dismantled chimney.
